"Green" in traditional quality tesa will now offer environmentally conscious do-it-yourselfers the right solutions for masking, fixing and repairing. All ecoLogo® adhesive products are absolutely reliable and easy to use. Consumers can identify the environmentally friendly solutions not only thanks to the specifically designed logo, but also by the striking green packaging. Easily understandable symbols inform about the exact ecological product advantage. The starting point of the environmentally friendly concept was the introduction of tesa ecoLogo® products for offices in 2010. There, the environmentally friendly adhesive tapes and sticks, correction and glue rollers are by now an integral part of the standard equipment. "Green" masking, fixing and repairingThe new tesa ecoLogo® product range includes the high quality painter's tape Eco Premium for clean paint borders. With a paper substrate, which consists 100 percent of unbleached paper, and a solvent-free adhesive substance based on natural rubber, the masking tape can be used indoors on almost any surface. The double-sided adhesive tape tesa® Eco Fixation is a multifunctional adhesive tape and can be used for example for flooring. The substrate is made of 100 percent recycled plastic; it is solvent-free and features a release paper made of unbleached material. By the name tesa® extra Power Eco Repair, a fabric tape made of mainly bio-based materials finally guarantees ecologically correct repairs. The range is completed by tesapack® Eco & Strong, which is already customary in offices. Traditionally a "green" pioneer The consistent introduction of sustainable products is the result of a long-term strategy: Since many years, tesa pursues ambitious and binding targets to conserve energy and reduce waste and emissions of carbon dioxide. Furthermore, the development of environmentally friendly production technologies is an integral part of research activities.
