Step 4 – Adhere in place, step by step

Once you have determined the correct width and length, it is best to adhere the rubber seal in place step by step. That means you should remove part of the protective film, carefully adhere the rubber in place, then remove another piece of film, etc. While doing so, press the sealing tape sideways, into the gap, without pulling.
